1. Q: What is the MOQ?
A: It depends on the design. Different structures have different minimum order quantities. Please contact us with your specific design for details.
2. Q: Can you make a sample for us to test?
A: Yes, we can. but the sample cost needed
3. Q: How can I get a quotation for the design I’m interested in?
A: Sure. Please provide the following information:
- Your sample size (length × width × thickness)
- Number of samples to be displayed per box
- Quantity of boxes needed
- Whether logo printing is required
4. Q: What is the payment term?
A: We accept T/T and PayPal. Typically, 30% deposit is required upfront, with the remaining 70% paid against the copy of B/L.
5. Q: What is the delivery time?
A: It depends on the order quantity. Generally, it takes 20–25 working days after drawing confirmation.
6. Q: We have a sample box in our showroom, but I can’t find it on your website. I can send you pictures or dimension data. Can you make it for us?
